From the start they both took care of my family how WE needed. My husband & I needed a straight shooter, & we got nothing but honesty & straight forward communication. Moving is stressful, especially when you've never sold a home (this was our first house we were selling) & when you have severe anxiety. The level of care I received was perfection. You aren't a number with them & they aren't going to undercut the sale price of your home for a quick buck. If I could change one thing in the whole process? I'd pack them in my suitcase to move states with me so they could help me through the home buying process in a new state!

They helped us get set up with what we can afford, along when looking at houses, what we should avoid. They took care of so much work and negotiated a good deal with the sellers.

When we sold, she told us what needed to be done to get the house market ready and listed it quickly. We were able to price the house competitively according to the neighborhood. We had many showings the first week with offers! Michelle helped us evaluate all of the offers, all the while keeping us calm! Throughout the time, Michelle was constantly advertising our home with fellow realtors. We were able to sell our house for a good price. When it came time to buy, we were unsure if we wanted to build or buy existing. Michelle used her whole Saturday to drive us all over the city to look for houses! We were her focus. When we decided to build, she went with us to pre-planning meetings and helped negotiate and gave us advice of things we would want in our house that would easily get looked over-like lights! Michelle was an amazing realtor and I would highly recommend using her. Michelle communicates and returns all calls/emails frequently.
