Michelle sold our house and helped us build in a new neighborhood. When we sold, she told us what needed to be done to get the house market ready and listed it quickly. We were able to price the house competitively according to the neighborhood. We had many showings the first week with offers! Michelle helped us evaluate all of the offers, all the while keeping us calm! Throughout the time, Michelle was constantly advertising our home with fellow realtors. We were able to sell our house for a good price. When it came time to buy, we were unsure if we wanted to build or buy existing. Michelle used her whole Saturday to drive us all over the city to look for houses! We were her focus. When we decided to build, she went with us to pre-planning meetings and helped negotiate and gave us advice of things we would want in our house that would easily get looked over-like lights!
